30-Day Return Policy
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with every purchase they make from bedsheetdirect.com. If you are not happy with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges.
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. All product items must be in its original packaging and in original condition. Laundered, opened or used items will not be accepted. Each return package must include a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION SLIP".
Return Procedure:
Please follow these Steps to return any item within 30 days of receipt:
1) Submit an email request at customercare@bedsheetdirect.com with:
a) "Order Number" (Order Number can be found in your Order Confirmation email when you placed an order)
b) Name and quantity of items you would like to return.
c) Reason for returning items
2) We will email you a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION SLIP"
3) Pack the items securely in the original package and make sure to include a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION SLIP" (Items received without a valid "RETURN AUTHORIZATION SLIP" will not be eligible for a refund)
4) Ship the package to the address you have been provided in the email.
We will NOT accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Items damaged during shipping cannot be refunded.
Please keep Courier Tracking Number for your records.
5) After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will refund purchase price minus shipping and handling charges to the credit card or payment method you originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note:
If you refused the delivery of shipped items and we receive the returned shipment, you will be refunded the order amount minus any shipping charges it incurred plus $5 handling charge. If the shipping carrier does not return the item to us, we can not issue a refund.
The fabric may shrink if exposed to excessive heat in the dryer. Proper care instructions are included with our products. Color and shade on product detail pages are basic representations and should only be used as general guidelines. The color of product in product images is not necessarily an exact match to what you see on your computer screen. The color details and shade also vary depending on your computer screen resolution and settings. While we try to get colors to match as close as possible, it is impossible to get them to look exactly the same on every computer screen and therefore, color variations are not accepted as a defect on items.
